Steven Thomas Anderson, age 62, of Mims, Florida passed away on Friday, December 13, 2019 at Parrish Medical Center. A native of Mansfield, OH he came to Mims last year from Kissimmee. Steve had been an over-the-road truck drive with his wife for several years before retiring due to his health. A Marine, he served during the Viet Nam War and was a member of the American Legion. He supported the post in Kissimmee he where he was a member working in the kitchen while his wife, a chef, did the cooking. He was also a member of the NRA for many years and well known in the area as a Nascar Collections appraiser. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing, but not nearly as much as spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by hi wife: Patty Lynn; step-son: Michael Cutler of Lake City; sister: Kimela (Bob) Curren of Mansfield, OH; granddaughter: Mykayla Cutler of Macon, GA; grandsons: Michael Austin Cutler of Lake City, Mason Cutler of Lake City; nephews: Christopher (Kristin) Curren of Hillsboro, OR and Matthew (Christine) Curren of Whitehorse, OH.
