Richard "Rick" Allen Unwin, 58, of Titusville, Florida passed away on Tuesday, 8/8, at the VA hospital in Orlando. A native of Springfield, MA, he returned to Titusville from Alaska when discharged from the US Coast Guard in the early 80's. Rick had been an over the road truck driver before retiring. He enjoyed fishing, baseball, and riding his motorcycle. He was an active member of the American Legion Post in Port St John and also of the Legion Riders. He attended New Life Christian Church.


Preceded in death by his father: George F; he is survived by his mother: Sylvia Mariland Stevenson of Mims; sisters: Denise (Lloyd) Vaudrin of Springfield, MA, Colleen (Tony) Shifflett of Port St Lucie, Lisa (Bernie) Berard of Springfield, MA Cheryl of Titusville; cousin: Scott Kennedy of Mims; and many nieces & nephews.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 11:00 am at at New Life Christian Church followed by a gathering of family and friends at the American Legion Post in Port St. John.
