To my father
A father is the first man a daughter ever loves . You have taught me so much about life . Who to be and not be . Our bond will never be broken . You are finally Free !
Free to love who you want and be with who you want to be with . You will be in a beautiful place on your next journey with your family that has gone before you . Your spirit will always live on in myself and my children . Always shine down on us , as you know we will always be looking up . Take Mickey’s hand and finish all the things you never got to do with him . God calls on special people and you are one of them .
Your famous phrase from a song to me was
(Don’t worry be Happy )and I will always try to do just that .
Even though I don’t have you here you will always be a part of my soul .
Rest In Peace .
Love your daughter always and forever .

Grandpa,
Thank you for always being so kind, genuine, & loving towards our family. Though we didn’t get much time together, it didn’t take long for me to realize how awesome you were! Olivia and Braden absolutely adore you and will miss their grandpa! Your interaction with my kiddos make up some of my fondest memories of you: “kisses for a dollar” you’d always say to my sweet Olivia. Liv never gave up an opportunity for a crisp bill! We love you and know you’ll continue to watch down on us, ya hear?
~ Jaime Saracco - April 3, 2019
Do me a fava, ya hear? Make sure you are barking orders in heaven guy. Love you Grandpa, hopefully the pall malls are endless and Uncle Mickey is still giving out those deals with the leather. RIP
~ Michael Saracco - April 3, 2019
Hey Grandpa,
Although it’s been a while since I’ve seen you, it doesn’t take away from how much you are loved by me! I’ve been thinking of you more since you’ve been gone, but I know Uncle Mickey greeted you at the gates of Heaven and it couldn’t make me happier knowing that. Enjoy it up in the clouds! Rest In Peace.
Love, Karley [your non-estranged granddaughter, but I know you already know that :)

Uncle Anthony, it breaks my heart that I haven't seen you in such a very long time. But it also brings a smile to my face to think of all the family welcoming you in heaven.
I think back on all the meals we shared and all the laughs. I will be forever grateful for the love and support you gave to Mommy as she battled her cancer. You were always there for her and for us. She loved you dearly and I know you adored her too. We could always count on you to make us laugh, especially when we needed it most.
I remember when you were visiting us in Long Island and you took the car to go get a racing form (do they have those in heaven?). You were gone a while, and then the phone call came. You were lost, calling us from a payphone (no cell phones back then!) and you could not find your way back to the house!
And remember when Grandma died, we were going to eat in between the viewings at the funeral parlor. And on our way back each day to the funeral parlor you had all the windows down yelling, "we're coming Annie!"
It was so funny when Grandma would fuss over you, and Uncle Jimmy would get all mad, his lip would curl and he would say, "Ma, why do ya gotta mudder him that way?" And you loved it, ha ha! I bet she is fussing over you right now and Uncle Jimmy is saying the same thing!
And how can I not mention the Chinese Restaurants...whenever we had Chinese food you had to sing the song..."me Chinese, me play joke, me put pee pee in your Coke!"
I have to share that me and Lisa often say to Joey, that is so Uncle Anthony! You definitely rubbed off on him.
Thank you for bringing so much joy and love to our family.
Sending love, hugs and prayers to my cousins at this very difficult time...Tony & Annie, Gina & Pat and all the beautiful grandkids and great grandkids that will miss him dearly. May you find peace knowing he is now healed and in the loving arms of our Lord Jesus. Remember this life is temporary, one day we will all be united for all eternity. No more pain, no more tears, just pure love.
With All My Love,
Denise xoxoxoxoxox

Uncle Anthony was definitely by far the funniest and most unique character one could ever meet. He had a witty way about him connected well with everyone from all walks of life and was loved deeply by 1000's.
Some of my fondest memories is watching him in action at Checkers Café which he owned for years in Daytona beach and when a Frank Sinatra song came on or a Tom Jones song he would raise his drink and say THE GREAT MULDOON and do a toast and sing along he was so happy and fun to be around. Then watching him and Mickey his oldest son argue like a husband and wife over normal everyday things and Mickey getting all hyped up telling him all the crazy sick things he was doing and then Uncle Anthony would curl his lip and say "WHAT ABOUT ALL THE GOOD THINGS I DID MICK?" that was classic and priceless..
He will be missed dearly and Uncle Anthony just an FYI when you get through the pearly gates find that guy who kept taking your glasses..LOL LOVE YOU UNCLE ANTHONY with Love always and forever Joe.
