Larry G DeLong, age 73, of Cocoa, Florida passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Viera Health and Rehabilitation Center. A native of Allentown Penn he came to Cocoa in 1989 from Allentown. Arriving in Cocoa he and his wife opened the Dutch Kitchen Restaurant in Cocoa where he would always greet his customers with the familiar response "Just another day in paradise." Larry loved fishing and cruising in air boats. A sports fan he was avid in his support of his Philadelphia Eagles. He was also a member of the Cocoa Moose Lodge.

He is preceded in death by his father: David; mother: Marjorie DeLong-Sodl; a son: David C; brother: Jerry; and sister: Barbara Zakerskie. He is survived his wife: Judy; a son: Larry G (Cindy) of Lansing, KS daughter: Dena (Mark) Reed of Catasauqua, PA; brother: Randy of Arizona; a daughter-in-law: Shelly of Bethlehem, PA; sister-in-law: Andrea of Lake Wales, FL; 3 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.


Visitation is from to 2 to 3 PM with service beginning at 3 PM at Newcomer Cremations Funerals Receptions chapel, Titusville.
