Angelica J. Whyte, called "Wella," nicknamed "Puba" by her husband, was born September 26, 1921 in Colon, Republic of Panama to Stanley and Faustina Mitchell. She migrated to the US in 1959 and started a new life with her husband. Her children later joined them by 1960. Angelica and her husband later relocated to Poinciana, FL in 1988.

A dedicated wife, loving mother, grandmother, aunt, and homemaker. She had a love for music, food, and family. She was preceded in death by her lifetime love, her husband, Charles Henry Whyte.

She is survived by her three children, Elvia Worme; Cecilia Franklin, and Carlos Whyte; eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren; two nephews, one niece, one sister-in-law, and a host of other children that Angelica nurtured.

Gone and will never be forgotten. She will be laid to rest with her husband at Osceola Memory Gardens, Kissimmee.

A visitation will be held from 10AM-12PM, Saturday, August 18 at Newcomer, Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Orlando Chapel.
