Carol Fay Ulch of Melbourne, FL passed away December 25, 2015. She was born in Toledo, Ohio to Paul and Grace (Evanoff) Mikowetz. She is survived by her loving husband, Charles Ulch; sisters Dr. Sharon Schulte of Palm Bay and Joy (David) Dudley of Egan, SD; son Robert Brogan (Dawn) of Toledo; grandchildren Carr (Eric) of Apopka, Kayla Brogan (USAF), Taylor (Alex) Cooper (US Navy), and Robert Brogan (USMC). four great- grandchildren, three nieces and two nephews as well as many other family members and friends. As a teenager, Carol delivered the Toledo Blade newspaper; sang in the church choir and was a first violinist in the school orchestra. She graduated from Rogers High School in 1959 and at the age of 63 received her Associates Degree in Applied Business/Accounting from Owens Community College in Toledo. Her first vocational love was as a labor and delivery aide at Toledo Hospital. She also was a waitress, bookkeeper and accountant in the Melbourne area. She was a member of Crossroads Community Church UCC; a member of Women of Crossroads and Red Hat Society. She was loved by her family and many friends. She leaves a hole in all of our hearts. Memorial services will be January 9, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Crossroads Community Church UCC (2436 Croton Road in Melbourne, FL.)
