Donald L. Westfall, 79, of Orlando, Florida passed away on February 16, 2019.

He was born in Meadville, Pennsylvania on September 4, 1939 to Walter Westfall and Evelyn Maust.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter Westfall and Evelyn Maust; his daughter, Donna Westfall; and his brother, Robert Westfall, who passed in Vietnam in 1962, in service of his country.

Donald is survived by his wife, Barbara Westfall; his sister Connie and Gary Garnet; his children, Cynthia (Barbara), Vince, Jeffrey (Stella), James (Susan), Robyn (Craig), Barry (Janice), Robert (Cindy), and Elizabeth; his sixteen grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, with six great-grandchildren on the way; and his first wife, Sandy.

In 1957, he graduated from high school. He joined the U.S. Army and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in 1957, but was discharged later that year. He married Sandy Mostoller in 1958. He worked as a meat cutter in Meadville, Pennsylvania and Buffalo, New York. Donald joined the United States Navy in October 1962. He married Barbara Kachik in 1978, and in 1979 he retired after twenty years of military service. In 1977, Donald and his family relocated to Florida, and he worked for the Orange County Animal Services until 1991. He was the secretary to the Florida State Animal Control Association for 5 years, the secretary for the Florida State Fraternal Order of Eagles for 10 years, the secretary to the Board of Grand Trustees, Fraternal Order of Eagles for 10 years, the secretary to Orlando Aerie #3496, Fraternal Order of Eagles, from 1995 - 2018. He spent 61 years as a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. In February of 2018, Donald retired from all work to enjoy time with his friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Donald's name to the Fraternal Order of Eagles, #3496 to be distributed amongst their five major charities.

A memorial service will be held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3496, on March 2, 2019 at 1:00PM.
