I searched for Cynthia’s name on google as I had not heard from her in ages and sadly came across this notice. I live in Cochrane, ( between Calgary and Banff) Alberta, Canada. I also see Bob passed after her.
We met Bob and Cynthia camping next to them in South Dakota in 1998 I believe. What a lovely couple. We then met up with them in Yellowstone. Following that camped right next to them in Banff Alberta, we couldn’t believe it. Cynthia stated ‘I guess we are friends now!’
We exchanged Christmas cards and e-mails for many years. We talked about dogs, NASA, Alligators in her back yard and bears up here, and her new love of Caviliers.
We had a Golden Retriever at the time of meeting them, and Cynthia took a shine to him having had one before. They eventually got their own Golden in Canada, and called him Beaver.
I have thought of both Bob and Cynthia many times and very sorry for your loss.
It always amazed me the energy and enthusiasm she had to drive their big rig and look after Bob as well. I am a nurse and know the work that goes into ALS conditions.
I know you likely won’t see this , but it gives me closure to share this.
All the best to your family and I know you have lots of wonderful memories.

I’m so sorry to hear of Cynthia’s passing. She was a customer when I owned Two Paws Up. I groomed her beautiful golden retriever, Beaver until his passing, and developed a great friendship with Cynthia. Had many a long talks at the salon, and then later when we would meet up at the grocery and at the Parrish gift shop. I will miss her delightful stories and forever positive attitude. I loved her love of dogs and cats too. What a loss. May she be surrounded by her beloved pets in heaven. Karen Vester

We are saddened at the passing of our dear friend Cynthia Taylor. We shared many special times with Cynthia and Bob. Often we would meet for an evening of cribbage at their home, and sometimes we would go on RV rallies or meet them while at distant campgrounds. We are comforted in knowing that Cynthia is now resting, cradled in God's loving arms. Precious Memories.

I will never forget meeting Cynthia and Bob. We met at a Cavalier Fun Day many years ago. I had an English Toy Spaniel foster with me. I will never forget the look on Bob's face when we put that dog on his lap, he absolutely lit up. Not long after, they adopted my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel foster Hanalei, and we started an incredible friendship. Cynthia was always sharing the most hilarious stories about Hanalei's latest misadventures. Later on I became a full-time rver, and Cynthia was always there to lend advice from their many years of rving. I actually got to stay at their house in my RV a couple of times, and she was the most gracious hostess. She was such a cheerleader to me when other people were naysayers. She was a really bright light in my life, and is missed every day. I can imagine the greeting she got from so many beloved departed pets when she crossed the rainbow bridge.

Such a devoted volunteer to Cavalier Rescue Of Florida and a special friend. I so enjoyed her wonderful stories and spending time with her and our pups. I will miss you Cynthia.

Cynthia was an amazing woman and friend. One of my very special memories of her was delivering her first rescue Cavalier, Hanalei, to her. She and Bob where both excited and seemed to glow in the photo I took of the three of them that day. Cynthia will be missed by many and especially by her Cavalier friends.

Our sincere condolences to family members and close friends from The Cavalier Brigade. We have also lost a dedicated volunteer, mentor and friend to our beloved Spaniels. Cynthia was admired and loved by many within our group. She will be sorely missed.

I will forever remember and miss Cynthia’s wonderful and pleasantly warped sense of humor, her tremendous love of animals, and her huge heart. She had the most amazing memory and could recount things that happened in her life in such detail, I felt like I’d been there with her.
We met at my Veternarian’s office, through our mutual love of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, and became instant friends. I felt like I’d known her forever, but it was only 10 years, and that wasn’t nearly long enough to have her as a friend.
My sincere condolences to Bob, Vicki, Diane, Joyce, Krystal, Erin, Kerrie, Dave, Fred and all the other members of the very special Taylor family.
