My prayers and sympathies are with you and your family, Paul. Renee was a loving, caring woman and welcomed me when I first came to Aerie #3496. She was a friend and one of a kind. We all will miss her! See you again, where Eagles fly!

Our prayers and heartfelt condolences go out to Paul and Renee’s family. Renee was a very special lady, beautiful inside and out. She and Paul always made us feel welcome when we spent time at the Orlando Eagles and we loved seeing them smile when they would see us. Renee is soaring with the Eagles now. Until we meet again.....Happy Trails and Sharon

It was an honor to have her as a friend. She was always willing to help me with events at the DOES, no matter what I asked her to do. I will miss her. Prayers to Paul and her family.

I hope this poem helps with healing as it has helped me with coping and healing.
The Dash Between the Dates
Memorial Day
Memorial Day was over now,
all had left and I was alone.
I began to read the names and dates chiseled there on each and every stone. The name which showed whether it was Mom or Dad or daughter or baby son. The dates were different but the amount the same,
there were two on every one.
It was then I noticed something,
It was but a simple line;
It was the dash between the dates placed there,
It stood for time.
All at once it dawned on me how important that little line.
The dates placed there belonged to God,
but that line was yours and mine.
It is God who gives us this precious life and God who takes it away; but that line between the dates;
he gives to us,
To do with what we may.
We know God has written the first date down of each and every one,
we know those hands will write again,
For the last date has to come.
We know he will write the last date down,
and soon, we know for some.
But upon the line between my dates,
I hope he will write “Well Done”

Renee was very caring and loving. She treated me as an adopted daughter and my son Avery as her grandson. We were very close to her an Paul. She was my Mother of the Year 2016 to 2017 for the FOE 3496. Avery would like me to tell you he loved going on walks with her an pretending to catch fish from the Calverts. She will forever be in our hearts and memories.
