My girls and I remember Brianna as a stunning young woman, with a contagious smile that could light up a room. Although we haven't seen her for many years, she has, and always will be in our hearts. We are so saddened by this news. Her light was too bright for this cruel world. We know her light is still shining, only now she has gained her wings. We love you so much Misty, and are here if you need us! Love, Nicole, Kayli & Morgan <3

The loss of a love one is difficult. May the precious memories you have help you cope and bring you peace. 1 Thes. 4:14 can bring you some comfort knowing that there is a future for the ones we have lost in death can be reassuring. May the God of peace be with you and your family.

Dear Cyndi and Ron, we are so very sorry for your loss. Prayers for both of you and your family. Mary Kay and Jim Knapp
~ Mary Kay and Jim Knapp - October 13, 2018
You were a light I never knew I needed. A friend I never knew could change my life. A shoulder I never hesitated to cry on. My peace. A warrior. You were full of life and full of grace (except for the times we had burping competitions). You had the most amazing smile and laugh. I watch videos and hear it and get chills. You made people smile all the time and never wanted anything but to do that for the rest of your life and you succeeded. You wanted the big family and you wanted the children. God had another plan for you. I don’t know how to feel. I feel lost. But thankfully, we talked about this before. Thankfully, you told me that if anything were to ever happen that you would want me to be okay and want me to live a life with God and stay safe. You wanted me to take care of your family. You wanted me to hug Hannah everyday. I am doing those things for you and trying to be there for you to make up for the times I obviously wasn’t there enough while you were here. I am at a loss for words. But it’s a sunny weekend in Florida and I have no doubt it’s because God opened the gates for you. I believe you were put on the Earth to change people’s outlook on what real love feels like. Your soul was too beautiful for a world this ugly. I love you forever and ever and hope Heaven is as beautiful and bright as your smile was.

To the Gillette,
You and your family have my deepest sympathy for your loss. Doing this difficult time you will need your family and friends to get through this time of sorrow. 2Cor.1:3-4

Brianna was a breath of fresh air who loved with her whole heart. She came into my life and staked her ground to love us. Brianna was our hearts she engaged herself into things we loved and opened us up to new and exciting things. She was always camera ready with a smile on her face. My favorite picture is us at light it up UCF taking every clesha picture during a family out. Thatz pure love. She taught us that a family Is willing to go above and beyond on laughter and fun as the worked together on a family military style competition. EVERY DAY SHE WAS FILLED WITH LIGHT.
There are no words to describe why God has chosen her to be a guardian angel. I thank God for bringing her into our lives and allowing us to love her and be loved by her.
She will always be with us
We love you Yesterday, today, tomorrow forever!
Iris and Cesar

I got to know Brianna while she was on my softball team and there was not a moment where she wasn’t smiling and spreading happiness like wildfire. She was a beautiful girl with a beautiful soul and was loved by anyone she met. I’m sure she’s up there cracking jokes with god and watching over everyone she loves. She will be missed greatly but she will forever be in our hearts.
~ Jayne Tamm - October 12, 2018
I felt like I basically grew up with you guys I’m middle school because I was always over and you always treated me like family. I’ll remember the time we did the Harlem Shake, you calling me Asian and seeing you around school. I’ll alwasy cherish the picture of you, Jacob, and I dressed up for the fall festival/Halloween. Couldn’t have been a good cheerleader without your advice.
~ Giovanni Beato - October 12, 2018
Brianna was a beautiful girl who always managed to be a smile on my face even on my worst days, and i am forever thankful for that. No matter the circumstances she never failed to check up on me and be there for me anytime of the day or night. She was always fun to be around and the life of the party. Brianna taught my life lessons that i’ll never forget. She was a beautiful soul and I miss her so much. She loved me unconditionally and I can never make up for that. I love you so much Bri, you were gone too soon. I’d do anything to have you back. -Jelly

Ever since I can remember you were one of my favorite people to talk and hang out with. You knew everything about me and we would stay up all night and you would teach me how to do make up and we would talk all night. I keep on thinking about how on spring break we kept on stating Vines and we would constantly laugh. I've cried in front of you I've got angry infront of you I've had some of my happiest moments with you. You always had a smile around everybody whether or not you got mad, in 2 seconds you would find something to laugh about again. I LOVED when my mom would say "pack your bags your going over to misty's house Brianna is going to babysit you guys" or "Brianna's coming over tonight to babysit". I still remember going to my grandparents house and swimming and eating a bunch of popsicles and gamenights. I will never forget howuch you loved kids especially Alexa. I will never forget how goofy and how beautiful you were. Love you

So many memories with you Jacob and chase... we would all just sit out front and laugh and talk about life. From gatpr Graduation day with u chase and Jacob was one of the best times of my life. All the stupid things we would all do and Not even care. We all miss you more than anyone could understand
~ Judd Osment - October 12, 2018
People say there are smiles that simply light up a room. If you ever got the chance to meet Brianna, you would know that this was an understatement. Brianna's smile changed the mood of everyone in the room. There was no smile like it. You could just see the pure happiness in her face when she smiled, like there was nothing in the world that could ever take that away. Brianna had something about her, something about her presence just made everyone else happier. She always had a way of making people laugh and smile, even in their lowest points when it seemed like nothing was going right. Brianna made everything okay. I thank God that I had the gift of being able to love Brianna. Anyone with this chance has definitely been changed for the better, because that what Brianna did. She changed lives. Brianna was going to take on the world and there was no one who could ever stop her. Brianna was never afraid of being herself and doing exactly what she wanted, no matter what anyone thought. I remember when I met Brianna for the first time, she seemed so shy. You could tell shy did not suit her. There was nothing shy about Brianna and she was never afraid to put herself out there. On our first date, Brianna rushed over to go ice skating and the second she saw the Christmas lights she slipped and fell right on the ice. Brianna was obsessed with Christmas lights and anybody who really knew her knew that. Brianna laid there on the ice without a care in the world that other people were skating on the ice. She laid there and just looked at the lights. Brianna was so passionate and loved fiercely. Seeing how passionate Brianna was about the people and things she cared about most is what truly made me fall in love with her. Brianna was a once in a lifetime person and anyone who was able to have her in their life was truly blessed. Brianna was an angel and there are no other words to describe her.
~ Ruben Santos - October 12, 2018
Brianna and I were very close in middle school. We grew apart when coming of age but I still cared for her so deeply. She was always making jokes and her smile could light up a room! I remember sitting at lunch with her and putting lipglose on in the cafeteria bathroom during our 8th grade dance! She may be gone but will never be forgotten. And her loving spirit will live on with us forever? prayers and love to the family and friends in need right now.
~ Madolyn Szikney - October 12, 2018
I never thought I’d be sitting here typing this out.. we’ve only gained the most precious angel. My best memories with Brianna was every day I saw her, she was always so outspoken and filled with nothing but laughter. We would often go to the football games together and get a little wild in the student section. Those were the best nights. Bri will always and forever be a beautiful part of me. Her smile and kind soul will live on through all of us whose hearts she’s touched. I love you Bri thank you for such sweet memories.. you will be missed greatly.

Beautiful young lady. I pray you know how much you meant to my children and I. Meeting your mom was my saving grace after my move to Florida. Meeting her family, which I now claim as my own, forever changed me.
Every time I hear a Shawn Mendes song I will picture that beautiful smile of yours that goes on for miles.
You're are my family. My heart breaks knowing I'll never be able to hug you again. My soul was touched by your tenderness, compassion, and love you shared with my children and I.
You will forever be a part of me. I will miss you terribly.
FOREVER THE LIFE OF THE PARTY
We love you more then words could express. My children and I will cherish every memory we shared with you in our hearts forever.
Until we meet again.
Love you kid!

Brianna was an achiever at every thing she did ! When she was a cheer leader she put in 100% of herself to be the very best that she could be. When she was playing ball , Again the very best. She gave her all. I saw her as happy and all ways giving of herself and helping others and if you were down she brought you up. She was so funny! She grew into a beautiful young lady. When she dressed up there was no one more beautiful than her she just glowed beauty. She was so confident in herself. This is very hard for me I never saw it coming. She could help everyone but not herself. I am honored that she called me MeeMaw I was there for her first breath in this world and she has been on the go every since. I am so going to miss seeing her get Married and to have children. I wish she could have asked for help! I'm so sad that she felt that she had to go. I Love you baby girl and you will never be forgotten.
I Love you

Brianna and I shared such a special friendship like no other. She was the first bestfriend that i would fangirl with, who i spend all my time with. I shared such amazing memories with her.. I remeber when Brianna, and her mom would always make fun of my obnoxious laugh haha, and I remeber me and her waiting a couple HOURS before anyone else to get a chance to meet Justin Bieber. Justin Bieber was our thing, i’d never met someone as obsessed with him until Brianna and I became friends. I remeber our long talks after school walking to her house. I’d always attend her softball games, cheering her on... high school came around and she would always encourage me to keep my head up, was always there for me and i’d love that about her! You don’t find many people that are so positive like Brianna was. My memories with her will never go away i can literally talk about them like it happened yesterday... she will forever be in my heart.
~ Adrianna Perez - October 12, 2018
I didn’t get to know Brianna on a very personal level but we talked here and there. She was one of those people you could go up to and ask anything. It could have been what’s for lunch? Can you help me I’m going through some family problems? Are you free to help me after school? No matter the question she dropped what she was doing to help others. I remember seeing Brianna at challenge day, something that Peer Counselouring did, and she was there for her brother. When every time she had to cross the line with her brother she was there to guide the way and show her brother it’s ok to cry. It is ok to express your feelings. Whenever I had a bad day and saw Brianna in the hallway she would always lighten the mood. Everytime she walked into peer counselouring smiles were shared and she should be remembered for nothing less than that she was an amazing person who could change the world.
~ Daryl Sutherland - October 12, 2018
Brianna, thank you for all the good memories and laughs from the moment we met. It all started from the Pop Warner days back in 2014 when I played with Jacob, you were always able to put a smile on almost everyone’s face, you were always a true friend, and an amazing person, I pray that you continue to smile down on us, you bring true meaning to “gone but never forgotten” rest in paradise!! we love you
~ Christian Burrell - October 12, 2018
Dear Gillette family my thoughts, love and prayers go out to you guys. I will never forget the CFYFL days when we were all close. Brianna was always so funny to be around along with the great memories that I will never forget. In loving memory to Brianna.
~ Daniel Kinsey - October 12, 2018
I didn’t know Brianna as much as I had hoped, but growing up I spend some time with her. She was such a free spirit and always knew how to make me laugh. She was so bright and beautiful. Her smile really was infectious. I have all the best wishes for her up in heaven, and I hope she rests peacefully. Fly high, angel.
~ Paige Norman - October 11, 2018
My beautiful, sweet, amazing niece. How I adore every moment I have ever spent with you. From late nights getting ice cream, Walmart Tripp’s and adventures at Disney world. No matter the circumstance you always made it special. Your smile brings joy to any one you cross paths with, including mine. My world will never be the same without you. I am not sure where to go from here. I just have to know that wherever I may go your beautiful soul will guide me. I love you so much and I will never stop. Rest in paradise baby. Fly with the angels until it is time for me to fly with you??
~ Jacquelyn Crews - October 11, 2018
Bri... we met back in middle school. You were the happiest girl on campus with the loudest voice, the brightest smile, the cutest laugh. I know we weren’t best friends let alone close friends but you left your mark on me, and because of that your loss effects me significantly because you were a genuine beautiful loving soul. You made classes funny and more entertaining. You made people smile and laugh daily, and because of that your beautiful smile will stay in those you’ve effected. I pray to god he’s holding you, I pray to god he’s explaining why he brought you home, and lastly I pray your beautiful family heals. My love goes to you Brianna Gillette. May your soul rest, beautiful. God bless you.
~ Jasmine Rodriguez - October 11, 2018
She was such a sweet and kind person! Had such a great heart and would light up the room when she walked in. She could always put a smile on anyone’s face, she will be greatly missed.
~ Sierra Sellers - October 11, 2018
I never was really close with her, but I truly got to know her thru the Peer Counseling classes at Lake Brantley. Every conversation I had with her made me laugh or smile. She was a great person.
~ Samir Souvenir - October 11, 2018
My first memory of Brianna was when we all did a spring break trip to Tennessee. Brianna was this crazy loud mouth girl that I said “wow I’m gonna get along with this girl”. She was a beautiful soul. I will always remember that trip not only because of all the families but that Brianna took my youngest daughter down the big hill on a sled. And that when I had no one to go up on the chairlift to the top of the mountain she rode with me and we had a blast. And let’s not for get Dick’s! Her and the waiter with the banter back and forth I loved the energy she had and the smile she could bring into any room she came into. She will be missed but never forgotten. Our hearts go out to her mom and her family.
~ Ida Marino - October 11, 2018
From the very first time I met you, you stole my heart. You never allowed anyone to sit alone, feel alone, or be alone even as a very small child. I am absolutely blessed to be able to have so many memories to look back on. To know you was to love you. Your smile could brighten the darkest of space. I couldn’t sit in a room with you without being entertained. You were always so kind and so gentle yet fierce. I was proud to call you my family. I love you, Til we meet again ~Shonda
~ Shonda Dickinson - October 11, 2018
Magnificent - thats the word i chose to describe brianna. I chose that because bri had a gorgeous smile that could light anyones world up from the moment they saw her. I chose magnificent because Ill never forget how her eyes glistented when she talked and her smile that went from cheek to cheek. She was so beautiful, so full of happiness and always full of hope. if this world was filled with people like Brianna it would be a much happier place. Thank you for being yourself and thank you for being a great friend, but even better person. I know as i write this she is with me. Briannas auorora and spirit are too strong i know ill “never be alone” (shawn mendes)
Rest easy Bri - Hannah
~ Hannah stearns - October 11, 2018
Bri for me was always someone I could count on. If I wasn’t having a good day she was always someone I could call and talk to. I played softball with her from when we were really young, and we lost touch. We then reconnected when we started working at Chuck E. Cheese together. From then, I considered her someone so special to me and I spoke to her not to long ago and she was the kind of friend who I may not have always kept in touch with but then when I had the chance to because we were both busy, it would be like we just spoke yesterday. I will never ever forget her bright spirit that filled up where ever she was. I love you bri, I always will.
~ Emily Baigent - October 11, 2018
My favorite memory of bri would probably be when we first met, we met at a jingle ball concert when she was looking forward to shawn mendes and i was waiting for 5 seconds of summer. We ended up making sarcastic comments together and getting close just waiting to be let into the concert. She took pictures for me and i took pictures for her. We bonded the minute we met and that was the kind of person bri was. Light and bubbly and full of energy and sass. We exchanged numbers and social media and we'd been friends ever since. You dont ever meet people as friendly and wonderful as her.
~ Hayley Miller - October 11, 2018
My sincerest condolences to the family. Losing a loved is so very difficult. It is especially tragic when they are so young. The Bible promises that death is only temporary. Although your time with Brianna was far too short, you can have the hope of being reunited with her forever, here on earth, as brought out at John 5:28, 29. In the meantime, even though the pain may at times seem insurmountable, rest assured that God will give you the strength necessary to endure the coming days, weeks, months and years.
~ PD GA - October 10, 2018
I met briana in middle school and she was very nice. We connected over our love of Justin Bieber. We never got “close” but we would talk here and there at school when we saw eachother. She was always a fun person to be around. So kind to everyone, very loving person. I wish I got to know her more than I did. My last memory with Brianna was in peer counseling 2016. We had a Bieber jam session during lunch and it was so fun. I still have the video because I asked her for it and you can hear her singing along. Rest In Peace Bri
~ Alyssa Miranda - October 10, 2018
There are so many happy memories I want to share about Bri that it is hard to choose. I remember one time Caroline and I heard that she was having a rough day at work, so we drove through the drive thru with a car full of dogs to say hey. In true Bri fashion, she tossed the ordering ipad into the car, told us to order whatever we wanted, pulled one of the dogs through the car window and spent the next 5 minutes stalling and playing with this dog. Another time, we all went to get Bri's Harry Potter tattoo (the deathly hallow sign on her forearm). We just spent the time laughing and joking about the future tattoos we were all going to get together. She was a great friend, always willing to take up for the people she cared about. I know she was greatly loved.
With Much Love,
~ Kassidy Marshall - October 10, 2018
My family and I are so sorry to hear about the sad untimely death of Brianna and send our deepest sympathy. May the warmth of family and friends give you strength. May the resurrection hope we share of seeing our loved ones again as Jesus promised at JOHN 11:25 give you comfort and peace.

We were like sisters , we did literally everything together! I wish I got to hug you one last time. I love and miss you so much. Fly high my angel
~ Alyssa Priddy - October 9, 2018
The night Bri and I were in Atlanta and she drove me to Mcdonald’s. It was one of our first times alone in the car and we just talked for 20 minutes in the car about everything. She was the best person to open up to and no matter what you told her, she would always keep quiet and not tell a single soul. She was so trustworthy and such an amazing person to be around. I’m thankful for all time I got to spend with her and all the things she taught me. She was like my older sister. I love her as if she was.
~ Hannah Mavres - October 9, 2018
I still see her smiling face coming into my classroom. Always positive and happy to see me, as I was to see her... I will miss you Brianna... but I know without a doubt you are in a very good place.
~ Sandra Johnson - October 9, 2018
Brianna and I are Sagittarius! And according of what I have read, we had several things in common, so I know for certain that she is a lovely soul. Brianna will always live in your life, forever. You are in my prayers and I know that God will give you the strength to continue raising your other children. I really appreciate you and I hope to see you this Friday there, to let you know that we won't let you give up.
Sometimes things happens that we do not understand and becomes to be a mystery. I cannot imagine your pain because I think in my kids too and I am not good for this but please if you need me, count on me.
~ Diana Ayala - October 9, 2018
Brianna and I weren’t just bestfriends. Since the day we met we acted more as sisters than bestfriends. She is such an incredible human being with an infectious soul. I feel her energy with me every day. A while back, Brianna and I had been separated for a couple of months. The first day we hung out again she showed me this beautiful necklace that she had got. It was a simple but beautiful pineapple necklace. She had left it at my house and every time I mentioned it was there she insisted that I kept it as she was planning to move back to Atlanta and I needed to keep it with me. Now, it hangs on my mirror in my car and oddly enough has started swinging every time a Shawn Mendes song comes on and I have no doubt that she is next to me singing along. I love that girl more than anyone could ever know and my loyalty still to this day runs deep with her and her family. She was my safe place and my warrior and never cared about being who she was. If I get to be half of the kind of person she was, I will be set forever. I love you so much, my soulmate! You’re with me everywhere I go.
~ Sarah Mavres - October 8, 2018
I had the privilege of coaching Brianna in softball at the WOGC. Her smile, attitude and outgoing personality made her a force at the complex. Her spirit on the field motivated others, including me. Her sense of life radiated throughout my time with with her and I constantly noted how ecstatic I was to watch her. She grew as a player in front of my eyes and forever changed me as a coach. I will miss her smile the most.
In the words of my daughter (Lyla), “don’t be sad mommy, heaven is in your heart”, that is where I will always find Brianna!
~ Katie Veen - October 8, 2018
Ron and Family,
I'll leave you with no extra words, only those we shared the other night. I'll still be praying, crying for your lost and carry a heavy heart. I'm there when you need to talk. God Bless my friend and brother. Tim Chapman
