Cameron Greene, 22, of Cocoa, Florida passed away unexpectedly December 14, 2014. His girlfriend Paige Altman, 20, and their 2 year old daughter Kyleigh also passed away from a car accident that should never have happened.

Cameron loved Paige and Kyleigh and they all enjoyed outdoor fun as a family. His daughter meant the world to him, and she was just getting to an age where they could really interact together.

Cameron loved the outdoors. Riding 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, fishing and hunting were some of his favorite activities. He was always working on something that had a motor, be it 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, scooters, trucks, cars, boats and lawn equipment.

With a very entrepreneurial spirit and mind, he saved his own money and bought his first truck at the age of 13 because he had "graduated" from working on small motors and was ready for vehicle engines. After that he always had projects he was working on and looking for deals, refurbishing things, then reselling them.

Cameron was a great animal lover. He said his very first memory was of a pet turtle when he was 2. Growing up he brought home all the strays, including 10 baby ducks, pigs, squirrels, snakes, dogs and cats.

Cameron was working at Kennedy Space Center in an air conditioning apprentice program.

Cameron Greene is survived by his mother, Janet Greene, his sister Regina Shivers and her daughter Serenity, two sets of grandparents, Don and Mary Greene, and John and Patricia Anderson, and by many loyal friends and pets.

We will all miss him greatly!

I love him dearly. I remember when I was younger how all the boys would come over and we would hangout out front in the yard and work on the mud trucks. Me and Joshua miss him so much. Cameron is always on our minds.

I have known Cameron my whole life. He was really close with me and my brother Joshua. Cameron would always come over and the boys would go hangout, weather it was fishing and mudding to fixing and working on the trucks. Every time Cameron seen me he would always say "You stole my name." He meant so much to me as a close friend to the point where me and Joshua called him our brother. I will always miss him and love him. I know its been a while since the accident but I just wanted everyone, including him and his family, that he is my heart and I still and always will think about him. I love him dearly?

Dear Jan - our thoughts were very much with you and all the family yesterday as you lay your beloved Cameron to rest. Like Auntie Kitty, we met Cameron when he was approximately 14 years old and though we did not have the pleasure of meeting Paige and little Kyleigh, Uncle Andy and Auntie Paddy were so good at sharing all the family photos of you all celebrating special occasions. He was a devoted son, father to adorable little Kyleigh, and partner to beautiful Paige. I know that he was also devoted to his grandparents (Uncle Andy and Auntie Paddy) and was never too busy to spend some time with them. Our hearts go out to Paige's family as well as to both sets of Cameron's grandparents, and of course to you, his beloved mother. We cannot begin to understand the pain that you are going through, but you can hopefully take some comfort in the fact that you were a wonderful mother and always there when they needed you most. They were taken from family and friends way too soon, with their whole lives ahead of them. May they all Rest In Peace. Love, Sarah & Mickey

I met Cameron when he was just a little boy, sometime back in the 1990s. My husband Peter and I were visiting his grandparents in Cocoa Beach - his grandmother Pat Anderson is my sister.
Cameron was cute and very appealing, perhaps a little shy of the strangers from England, but it was lovely meeting him and his sister Regina. Unfortunately I never had the opportunity of meeting him again, but over the years had news of him from the Andersons, and I knew of his interests and his progress. When he and Paige had their baby daughter I heard about that too, and saw pictures of his little family as Kyleigh grew into an enchanting child.
When I heard of the terrible tragedy last Tueday I was shocked to the core and deeply distressed, as were all our extended family. Cameron and Paige were so happy together, such loving parents, and doing so well, with their whole lives ahead of them, or so we thought.
My deepest sympathy goes to Cameron's mother, my niece Janet, and to his grandparents - my very dear sister and brother-in-law, Pat and John Anderson. Deepest sympathy too for Paige's parents and her whole family, who are also devastated by this senseless tragedy. My heart goes out to you all, and thoughts and prayers are with you, along with lots of love.

Dear Jan. There are no words to express the grief and sadness felt by all of us at the loss of your amazing, sweet and exciting son. I remember how much fun John and Joe and Regina and Cameron had at the condo one year. Rascals! You have always been a perfect mother, a tower of strength and it showed in his love and care for Paige and Kyleigh. May you find strength and comfort in knowing that they are all together, safe and happy, watching over you. We love you so much Jan and wish we could be there. John and I extend our sincere sympathy to Janet, Regina, Serenity, and all of Cameron's grandparents. Loving thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very sad time.

We had the privilege of meeting Cameron, Paige and Kyleigh in March of this year when we visited his grandparents, John and Paddy Anderson, in Cocoa Beach.

We found him to be an extremely personable young man. He and Paige were obviously very much in love with each other and they were both devoted to their little girl Kyleigh.

Cameron and his grand father were great pals and chatted away easily. Paige was a lovely girl and baby Kyleigh was simply a bundle of joy.

May they all rest in peace, together forever.
