Margarita Medina-Camuñas, 75, died Friday, June 22, 2018, in Orlando, FL. In hospice care for two weeks prior to her death, Margarita died peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her family.
She leaves her daughters, Wanda, Lissette and Barbara ;grandchildren Luis, Yadira, Esteban, Johnathan, Alexander and Juan Jose and seven great-grandchildren.
Born in San Juan , Puerto Rico February 20, 1943 where her family lived in small town of Santurce. Her parents, Marta Camuñas and Carlos Medina, settled in the town in 1939. Margarita was the oldest of 8 children, Margarita, Pilar, Carmen, Juan, Jorge, Ana Martha and Manuel.
An Orlando, Florida resident for four years before her passing, Margarita lived primarily in and around Carolina, Puerto Rico most of her life.
Her membership in the Puerto Rico Orchids Association and Exotic Aviaries of Puerto Rico Association well know for her love and caring for plants and animals.
Long known for her beautiful smile and her sense of humor. She brought a lot of happiness to people on her path of life.
A private memorial service on Monday, July 2nd at 7:30pm would be held at Iglesia el Taller del Alfarero 9318 East Colonial Dr. Orlando,
FL 32817 for family members and friends.

For those residents of Puerto Rico that can't attend to the memorial we will be holding another one. We will inform everyone once we gather more information.
