James M. Stephens

James M. Stephens was born in Euclid, Ohio on May 20, 1954 with a serious heart defect and passed peacefully on September 9, 2017 in Titusville, Florida at the age of 63.

He retired from the City of Titusville, serving the city and citizens for over 25 years. Some of his many hobbies would include earning his Black Belt in Yoshuka Karate, being a diehard Cleveland Browns fan, Star Trek fan, fishing and boating especially, ocean fishing at the beach in Titusville, Florida.

James will be remembered as a devoted husband for 34 years to his wife Becky and cat daddy to all of their cat babies through the years.

He was predeceased by his father, Robert and brothers, David and Donnie.

Memories will be cherished by his wife Becky; mother, Martha; and sisters Judi and Virg; as well as his beloved extended family.

His Favorite phrase by Eleanor Roosevelt “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift: that’s why they call it the present.”

The family will honor and celebrate James’s life privately.
